Our Clinic Regulations


  1. By subscribing for the treatment, you fully accept the regulations and the rules listed below.

  2. Clients before each treatment signs the consent for the procedure and takes into account the side effect for performed treatment.

  3. When booking an appointment for semi - permanent makeup or needle aesthetics treatment, a payment (down payment) of £50 is equired, it is the only form of reservation of the date. For no - needle treatment and less invasive therapy deposit is £30.

  4. The Client has 48hours from the moment of signing up to settle the deposit.  If he does not do this, the reservation is automatically canceled and the date booked so far becomes available to other customers.

  5. If the treatment takes place, its price is reduced by the value of the deposit.

  6. The deposit can be settled by bank transfer: A N BARTOSINSKA sort code : 20-61-51 Acc: 63549836

  7. In the title of the transfer, you must enter your name and surname, date and time of the visit, failure to enter these data makes it impossible to guarantee availability  of the booked date, due to the extension of the booking process.

  8. When booking the date, please make sure that there are no contraindications for the procedure, if there are any doubts about your health, medications, etc., please contact me immediately, because some of the diseases or medications you take are an absolute contraindication to  perform the pigmentation treatment or any aesthetics one, and in some cases, you should wait an appropriate time from stopping their use.  Appearing at the appointment with an obvious contraindication to its implementation results in the loss of the deposit.

  9. Consultation regarding the implementation of semi- permanent makeup treatment is always free.  If you have any doubts about the procedure, make an appointment for a free consultation by phone.

  10. Consultation regarding the skin condition, skin examination, pre- treatment and after - treatment advices must be paid £39 for 25 min consultation time. If the Client wish to book appointment after consultation and pay treatment in full - consultation is for free.

  11. The customer has the right to change the date of the visit at least 72 hours before the planned visit, resignation from the date at the last minute results in entering the customer on the "Black List" and the loss of the advance payment.  I understand exceptional situations and random cases - they should be confirmed, for example, with a sick leave.

  12. Each of the agreed clients has the option of postponing the appointment twice, it is important to ask the permanent artist with such a request no later than 72 hours before the planned meeting.  Otherwise, the down payment will be forfeited.  I do not postpone visits indefinitely.  I am asking for thoughtful decisions.

  13. If, while waiting for the appointed date, the client's health condition changes and deteriorates, which in turn makes it impossible to perform the procedure, then the advance payment of such lady is returned, but only after showing information about her health from the attending physician.

  14. In the event of a complete resignation from the previously arranged treatment, the down payment is forfeited.  It is not possible to transfer the treatment to another client.

  15. Customers who have ever had permanent make-up done in a given area (even slightly visible) are obliged to notify the linergist about this fact when registering, because it happens that the permanent make-up treatment should be preceded by removing traces of the old one, and this requires a different time and  hardware.  Clients who show up at the treatment with old, visible make-up, without informing the linergist about this fact in advance, making the procedure impossible, lose their deposit.  Saving for the next treatment will be possible only after paying the next deposit.

  16. During the semi- permanent make-up treatment, an initial drawing is performed and an appropriate method of semi- permanent make-up is selected.  The type of method and pigments are selected by the artist and matched to the natural beauty of the client.

  17. When deciding on the procedure, you should become familiar with the work, style and technique of a artist.

  18. In extreme cases, the Artist has the right to refuse the service if the Client's expectations as to the shape and color are inconsistent with the proposed visualization.

  19. If the Customer does not accept the proposed shape, method and color of the pigment and decides to resign from pigmentation during the visit - the advance payment is not refundable.

  20. L' Alexia Atelier does not take responsibility for predicting the effect and final result of the procedure, everything is always explained before the procedure and the client makes decisions by agreeing to the procedure. Our skin, body is is unpredictable, the after care after the procedure is also important to follow.

  21. The Lips Modeling takes 4-6 weeks to settle down and wait for final results. We need to be patient and trust the process. Sometimes one lip modeling visit is not enough, please take into account the need for a top up treatment.

  22. If a client who has performed semi- permanent eyebrows/ eyeliner or lips makeup treatment in my salon learns about pregnancy after the treatment and postpones the correction of makeup until the period after childbirth and wants to make a correction, e.g. after about a year (up to 2 years), then the price of the treatment is - 30  % of the current price of permanent makeup (this is the price of a single treatment).  Above this time, the cost of makeup is 100%.

  23. Permanent makeup changes its intensity in the following months after the treatment, therefore it is recommended to refresh the skin up to a year, the cost of which, according to the price list, is 50% of the current price of permanent makeup. Over 2 years it costs 100% of the current price. 

  24. Permanent make-up corrections after other salons are always priced individually and usually treated as a service performed from the beginning + the cost of removal is priced individually.

  25. The visible asymmetry of the eyebrows or lips is not suitable for pigmentation.  For this, aesthetic medicine treatments are intended to equalize the proportions.  I do not perform treatments with very visible asymmetries !!!

  26. All prices of the treatments given in the price list apply to one pigmentation treatment.  Corrections are additionally payable.

  27. You can buy a gift voucher in the salon - if, after buying it, it turns out that the person has contraindications to perform the treatment, then the money is not returned and the voucher is forfeited.

  28. It is best to come to the procedure without an accompanying person, I care about your and my concentration.  I also ask you to mute your phones so that the work goes smoothly.

  29. Children are not allowed be in the office during any treatment procedure.

  30. Please be on time for the appointments, being late more than 15 minutes may result in refusal to perform the procedure and loss of the deposit.

  31. I reserve the right to change individual points of the regulations.

  32. I reserve the right to change the previously agreed date of the visit after agreeing with the Client to another, convenient for both parties.

  33. I reserve the right to no refund police in my Beauty Atelier. All performed treatments are not refundable. My time, product and my work have been devoted to each appointment.

  34. If the client is unsactioned from the treatment and demands the right to a refund. First the Clinet has to go through the complaint process, which he must only submit in person at the Beauty Atelier.

  35. Complaints based on a phone call, text messages, sending photos will not be considered under any direction.

  36. The complaint procedures may take up to 30 working days from the moment of submitting the complaint form , signed in L' Alexia Atelier.

  37. In the case of post-treatment complications, I, as the first-line practitioner , offer help to the client in solving the problem.

  38. If the client rejects the help of the salon, and refuses to cooperate and will not follow the recommendations, the beauty salon will not be able to consider the complaint.

  39. In the case of aesthetic treatments such as semi- permanent makeup, lips modeling, lips dissolving, lash lift, hd brows, brow lamination, derma fillers, electrolysis, etc the beauty salon reserves the right to make necessary corrections, if needed.

  40. In the event of necessary corrections, Client will must come to the salon on the appointed date in his own personal duty.

  41. Transport to get to the salon is on responsibility of the client. The beauty salon is not responsible for fuel costs, car exploitation . In the case of extensions to the complaint, the salon does not pay fuel-fees compensation.

  42. By choosing and paying the deposit and coming to L' Alexia Atelier for a treatment, I agree to the above-mentioned rules.
